Absolutely bad. Now we have other times that your company tried to sell my wife goods that were not needed, tires, brakes, belts, etc. We quit using you last time, after a oil change, they said they checked the spare tire for air , well, 3 weeks later, wife had a flat tire, pulled it out, had 20 lb. Of air in it. After this, I said, no more. Fast forward Wife needs a oil change, and she was in Benton for the day, so, called, made a appointment, after which I called and explained, oil change only. After the oil change, a list of things were recommended, air filter ( engine) and cabin air filter. If they checked, removed air filter to see if it was needed, I replaced it, at 100.000 thousand miles, it was marked and dated. Same as with the cabin air filter, 95.000 thousand miles, it was marked and dated. On top of that, I asked to check the air in the spare tire, they did not. Your company and mechanics, service management prey on , wife's, mothers and daughters. I am short of going on social media and telling. Don't take your, mother, daughter, or wife to your dealer ship, you take advantage of women, for years, and it's worse since you have taken it over.
